Praxair-Sinopec Form JV

Praxair says it has formed an industrial gases joint venture with Sinopec at Guangzhou, China. The jv, Praxair-GPC Industrial Gases, will produce, sell, and distribute industrial gases such as oxygen, nitrogen, and argon.
