Linde, Sinopec Form JV

Linde says its Linde Gas (Hong Kong) subsidiary will establish a joint venture by June with Sinopec Sichuan Vinylon Works (SVW; Chongqing, China), a Sinopec subsidiary, to build and operate industrial gases plants at SVW’s chemical complex at Chongqing. The jv will involve an initial investment of about €50 million ($67 million).
