People & Business :: Emerging Companies Kraton IPO Underwriters Exercise Stock Option11:24 AM MST | January 7, 2010 | Vincent Valk The underwriters of Kraton Polymers' December IPO have exercised their option to buy 887,082 extra shares in the company, Kraton announced today. The shares will be priced at the IPO price of $13.50/share, minus a discount given to the underwriters. With the new shares, Kraton's IPO has totaled 30,596,196 shares. The sale of the extra shares closes on January 7. Credit Suisse Securities, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley are the offering's bookrunning managers.
