Dow Says K-Dow and R&H Deals on Track

Liveris: K-Dow, R&H Deals on track. Dow Chemical says it remains on track to complete the formation of its K-Dow Petrochemicals joint venture with Kuwait’s Petrochemical Industries Company (PIC; Kuwait City) in fourth-quarter 2008 and to close its acquisition of Rohm and Haas (R&H) by early 2009.
