Dow Holds JV Talks with IPIC, Aramco; Plans to Quit Optimal?

Speculation is mounting over which potential partners could replace Petrochemical Industries Co. (PIC; Safat, Kuwait) in K-Dow, a proposed 50-50 joint venture with Dow Chemical that collapsed late last year (CW, Jan. 5, p. 13).
