Canada's Lignol raises stake in biodiesel-glycerine facility in Australia

Lignol Energy Corp. (Burnaby, BC) will invest a further sum of up to A$1 million  ($903,000) in Territory Biofuels (TBF; Darwin, Australia), the owner of the largest biodiesel plant in Australia, the company has announced. Lignol, on completion, will have increased its majority holding to approximately 66% of the issued and outstanding shares of TBF and up to approximately 68% on a fully diluted basis.
