RPM reaches agreement with US government on roofing contract issues

RPM announced today that it has reached an agreement with the US General Services Administration (GSA; Washington) resolving a dispute over improper pricing and discounting practices in roofing contracts from 2002 to 2008. RPM will pay $65.1 million to resolve the issues, which is in line with the company’s previously announced expectations.
