Nitrogen Fertilizer Business to IPO

Rentech Nitrogen Partners, the nitrogen fertilizer arm of Rentech, is planning an IPO worth up to $362 million, the company says. Rentech also has a biofuels businesses. The nitrogen business is planning to offer 15 million shares at $19-$21/share.
