Molycorp Acquires Neo Materials' Shares

Molycorp announced that shareholders of Neo Materials have voted to approve Molycorp’s acquisition of the company. The resolution outlined the acquisition of all Neo Materials’ issued and outstanding shares by Molycorp and was approved by 99% of voters at the annual and special meeting.
