DSM reports fall in third-quarter net profits

DSM says its net profits fell 53%, to €81 million ($103 million), in the third quarter of 2012 compared with the same period of 2011, on a 1% decrease in net sales, to €2.3 billion. Ebit and Ebitda also decreased 36% and 20% in the third quarter of 2012, to €147 million and €270 million, respectively.
