Clariant more than doubles net profit on flat sales, confirms 2015 targets

Clariant’s first-quarter net profit from continuing operations more than doubled to 38 million Swiss francs ($40.53 million) compared with SF16 million in the year-earlier period, the company announced today. Sales were flat advancing 2% in local currencies, to SF1.53 billion.
