Lincare had $1.84 billion in revenue during 2011. Eastman has closed on its $4.8 billion acquisition of Solutia, which was announced in January. Arkema has exited the PVC business, selling its business in that area to private equity firm Klesch Group, which will form a new company called Kem One.
