Arsenal Capital (New York) has acquired International Fiber Corp. (IFC; Tonawanda, NY), a leading supplier of cellulose-based insoluble fiber products for food and industrial applications. Prior to this acquisition, IFC was a company with Swander Pace Capital (Bedminster Township, NJ).
