Parents Sue Companies for Selling Baby Bottles with BPA

Attorneys have filed several lawsuits in recent weeks against makers of baby bottles and child training cups that contain bisphenol A (BPA). The lawsuits are seeking class action status, which could greatly expand the number of plaintiffs involved, attorneys say. Litigious news: BPA concerns head to the courthouse. Law firm Keller Rohrback (Seattle) filed a suit last week on behalf of parents who purchased baby feeding products containing BPA.
