Parents Sue Companies for Selling Baby Bottles with BPA

Attorneys have filed several lawsuits in recent weeks against makers of baby bottles and child training cups that contain bisphenol A (BPA). The lawsuits are seeking class action status, which could greatly expand the number of plaintiffs involved, attorneys say. Litigious news: BPA concerns head to the courthouse.
