Merck KGaA Targets 20% Reduction in CO2 Emissions by 2020 (update)

Merck KGaA says that it has set new climate protection targets for its global pharmaceutical and chemical operations. The company aims to reduce its global (direct and indirect) carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions by 20% by the year 2020, measured against the 2006 level.
