Kentucky Jury Awards Plaintiffs $1.25 Million in DuPont Suit (Update)

A Kentucky Jury has awarded six plaintiffs $1.25 million for injuries allegedly sustained in an October, 2004 sulfuric acid release at the company’s Wurltand, Kentucky plant. The verdict is for the initial phase of a four-phase trial that involves a total of 179 plaintiffs.
