Casey Reintroduces Fracking Disclosure Bill

Senator Bob Casey (D., PA) has reintroduced legislation that would require the oil and gas industry to disclose the chemicals they use in the process hydraulic fracturing, or fracking. Casey first introduced the bill, Fracturing Responsibility and Awareness of Chemicals Act (Frac Act), in 2009 but it never made it out of committee.
