CSB Meeting on Bayer Blast Causes Rescheduled for April 23

The Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board (CSB; Washington) says it will hold a public meeting on April 23 to provide an update on CSB’s investigation into the explosion last August at Bayer CropScience’s Institute, WV methoisocyanate facility that killed two.
