BASF Takes Eco-House on the Road

BASF says it will begin taking a mobile energy saving house (MESH) on tour around Europe, starting tomorrow in Austria. The building, which features a range of BASF materials, is categorised a passive-house because it is designed as an airtight space that can be heated passively largely through sunshine with relatively little need for heating through the burning of fuels.
