Yule Catto to change its name to Synthomer

Yule Catto (Harlow, UK) says its board of directors will seek shareholder approval to change the company's name to Synthomer, at a one-off general meeting to be held on 4 December 2012. The proposed change follows the company's transformation—which started with the acquisition of PolymerLatex in 2011—from a small, diversified chemical business, to a much larger, focused specialty polymer business, Yule Catto says.
