People & Business :: Companies Vopak reports increase in operating profits9:03 AM MST | November 15, 2012 | Sotirios Frantzanas Vopak says its Ebitda and Ebit each increased 19% in the third quarter of 2012, to €195.1 million ($248.9 million) and €144 million, respectively. Higher earnings were driven by "the healthy demand" for tank storage services, and by storage capacity expansions. Vopak's total storage capacity has increased 10% in 2012, to 29.9 million cu meters from 27.2 million cu meters in 2011.
