Vinyls Italia Waits on Special Administration Decision

Italian government-appointed experts running Vinyls Italia (Porto Marghera, Italy), the former Ineos Vinyls Italia, have submitted a report on the troubled vinyl chloride monomer (VCM) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) producer that should soon see the company receive the green light to remain in special administration for at least one year. “Despite the state of insolvency, [Vinyls Italia] can constitute an interesting productive activity with possible industrial prospects,” the 110-page report says.
