Univar signs water treatment distribution agreement with Molycorp

Univar has signed an exclusive five-year agreement with Molycorp Advanced Water Technologies (Molycorp; Greenwood Village, CO) to distribute Molycorp’s cerium-based water treatment product SorbX-100 to municipal and industrial wastewater treatment facilities throughout North America. Financial terms were not disclosed. SorbX-100 is a cerium-based product that removes phosphorous, heavy metals and other contaminants from municipal and industrial wastewater streams.
