Univar Divests Performance Polymers Business

Univar's Performance Polymers Business (PPI; Leominster, Mass.) has been sold to Ravago (Arendonk, Belgium), a plastics and elastomerics production and distribution outfit, Univar says. PPI will be absorbed by Ravago's Entec Polymers (Orlando, FL) subsidiary. The size of the deal was not disclosed.
