Unipex Group Changes Private Equity Hands

Unipex Group (Paris) says its current owner, AXA Private Equity (Paris), has reached an agreement to sell 100% of its interest in Unipex, to the IK2007 Fund, advised by private equity firm IK Investment Partners (London). Completion of the acquisition, which is subject to certain customary conditions, is expected at the end of this month. Unipex, after completion of the deal, will remain under the leadership of CEO Patrice Barthelmes and the existing management team, the company says.
