Ube Establishes Subsidiary in India for Machinery Business

Ube Industries says its machinery businesses - Ube Machinery Corp. (Ube, Japan) and Ube Techno Eng. (Ube) have jointly established an equally owned subsidiary in India. The new subsidiary called Ube Machinery India (Gurgaon) will start operating in January 2012.
