Total to Restart Carling Cracker in February

Total Petrochemicals says it plans to restart its ethylene plant at Carling, France in February after an explosion on July 15, which killed two people. Causes of the explosion are still being investigated. The plant, with capacity for 350,000 m.t./year of ethylene and 215,000 m.t./year of propylene, will restart at 60% of capacity.
