Total Subsidiary Acquires Brazilian Tile Adhesives Firm

Bostik, Total’s adhesives and sealants subsidiary, has acquired Usina Fortaleza (São Roque, Brazil), a Brazilian tiling adhesives maker. Usina Fortaleza’s products are aimed at the construction industry.    “Usina Fortaleza provides Bostik the opportunity to enter the Brazilian market as one of the top players,” says Sergio Moutinho, head of Usina Fortaleza’s management team.
