TenCate Acquires Performance Materials Corporation Baycomp

TenCate (Amelo, the Netherlands), a leader in thermoplastic composites for applications in the aerospace industry,  says it has reached an agreement to acquire Performance Materials Corporation Baycomp (PMC Baycomp; Camarillo, CA).
