Suppliers Day 2013: Optimistic outlook amid shifting consumer preferences

Personal-care chemical manufacturers are optimistic about the industry’s outlook despite weakness in Western Europe, attendees at New York Society of Cosmetic Chemists’ Suppliers Day, held last week at Edison, NJ, said.
