Sinochem to Buy Nufarm?

Agchem firm Nufarm’s (Melbourne) shares were up nearly 9% today in the Australian stock exchange on speculation that Sinochem (Beijing) may take over Nufarm, say press reports. Discussions between Sinochem and Nufarm are on, and Sinochem has hired the Royal Bank of Scotland (Edinburgh) to advise the company on its approach to Nufarm, Australian media reports say.
