Sinochem Signs Cooperation Agreement with Specialties Firm

Sinochem has signed a cooperation agreement with Changda International (Weifang, China), a Chinese maker of fertilizers, deicing agents, pharmaceutical intermediates and flame retardants. Sinochem will export and resell Changda's products and import raw materials for Changda, and both companies will give the other priority in purchases and sales. The companies will also consider future joint ventures and M&A under the agreement.
