Sibur opens trading offices in Ukraine and Turkey

The Sibur International trading company, a Sibur (Moscow) affiliate, has registered subsidiaries in Istanbul and Kiev, the company announced today. The offices will trade in basic polymers.   In Turkey, where polypropylene (PP) consumption is high, Sibur will focus on the sale of PP produced by the company's new Tobolsk, Russia polymer complex when it is commissioned.
