People & Business :: Companies Showa Highpolymer to Merge with Showa Denko3:19 AM MST | December 16, 2009 | Deepti Ramesh Showa Denko says it will merge its consolidated subsidiary Showa Highpolymer (SHP; Tokyo) with itself, and the merger is scheduled to take effect on July 1, 2010. SHP will therefore be dissolved on the date of the merger.
