Showa Denko to Take Over Engineering Business of Subsidiary

Showa Denko says it has decided to absorb the engineering business of its Showa Engineering Co. (SEC; Yokohama, Japan) subsidiary. Showa Denko will, therefore, take control of plant design and construction operations for its group companies, cutting down the lead time from product development to commercialization, the company says.
