Saint-Gobain performance plastics acquires biopharmaceutical storage company

Saint-Gobain performance plastics (Aurora, OH) has completed its acquisition of Applied Bioprocess Containers (Plymouth, MN), a supplier of single-use containers and fluid transfer systems for the biopharmaceutical industry. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Applied Bioprocess Containers specializes in the design and manufacture of single-use storage vessels designed for the preparation, collection, storage, and transportation of biopharmaceutical liquids, as well as single-use fluid transfer assemblies, including tubing and connectors...
