People & Business :: Companies Russia’s Acron Group Makes Offer to Buy Polish Chemicals Producer Tarnów2:20 PM MDT | May 18, 2012 Acron Group (Velikii Novgorod, Russia), through its Norica Holding subsidiary, has announced a tender offer to buy a stake of up to 66% in ZakÅ‚ady Azotowe w Tarnowie-MoÅ›cicach (Tarnow, Poland). Acron’s offer price of Zl36/share is a premium of 18.3% over Azoty Tarnów’s six-month average market price and 12.1% over the closing price on May 15, 2012, the company says.
