Russian Fertilizer Firm to List in London

Acron (Vielikii Novgorod, Russia), a leading producer of fertilizers, says it plans a secondary listing of up to 10% of its stock on the London Stock Exchange as Global Depositary Receipts by the end of this month or in early August. The company had previously said that it planned to raise $1 billion by placing up to 20% of its share capital in London in July. Acron has appointed Morgan Stanley and Unicredit (Milan) as joint global coordinators and book runners, and Alfa Capital Markets (London) as co-lead manager.
