Royal Adhesives to acquire Chemque

Arsenal Capital’s Royal Adhesives (South Bend, IN) announced today that it has purchased Chemque (Toronto), a maker of polyurethane foams and adhesives for the telecoms, flooring and construction industries. Financial details of the deal, including purchase price, were not disclosed.
