Rohm and Haas Says Dow Can Complete Deal

Rohm and Haas (R&H) said Sunday that Dow Chemical has the resources needed to complete its $18.8-billion acquisition of R&H and urged Dow to detail steps it is taking to secure financing and close the deal.
