Report: Evonik among bidders for transdermal therapeutic system firm

Evonik Industries is among the companies interested in bidding to acquire Lohmann Therapie-Systeme (LTS; Andernach, Germany), valued at an estimated €1 billion ($1.3 billion), according to a report from Bloomberg. Other potentially interested bidders include private equity firms EQT Partners (Stockholm), Nordic Capital (Stockholm), and BC Partners (London), the report adds.
