Report: Carlyle Likely Winner in DuPont Automotive Coatings Bidding

Private equity firm Carlyle Group (New York) is the leading bidder in the auction for DuPont’s automotive coatings business, according to a Reuters report. The report says that the business could be sold for upwards of $4.5 billion.
