Ramco Pulls out of Vinyls Italia Acquisition

Ramco Trading & Contracting (Doha) has informed the Ministry of Economic Development (Rome) that it has no further interest in acquiring manufacturing activities from ENI (Rome) and Vinyls Italia (Porto Marghera, Italy). The proposed acquisition encompassed the entire production chain from natural salt to polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
