RPM Buys Wood Restoration Materials Firm

RPM’s Rust-Oleum subsidiary has acquired Synta, Inc. (Clarkston, GA), a maker of exterior wood deck and concrete restoration materials. Synta is expected to generate more than $40 million in sales in the next year. Terms of the deal, including financial details, were not disclosed.
