RPM Acquires Brazilian Construction Product Manufacturer Viapol

RPM says it has acquired Brazilian building materials and construction product manufacturer Viapol (Caçapava, Brazil ) for an undisclosed sum. Viapol has annual sales of about $85 million and will become part of RPM’s business unit, the Euclid chemical group, which is a part of its building solutions group. The products being manufactured include rolled asphalt roofing materials, waterproofing products, concrete admixtures, industrial epoxy flooring systems, structural recovery products and retail paints, varnishes and stains...
