RPM Acquires Brazilian Construction Product Manufacturer Viapol

RPM says it has acquired Brazilian building materials and construction product manufacturer Viapol (Caçapava, Brazil ) for an undisclosed sum. Viapol has annual sales of about $85 million and will become part of RPM’s business unit, the Euclid chemical group, which is a part of its building solutions group.
