Praxair signs gas supply agreement with Oxiranchem Yangzhou

Praxair has signed a long-term contract with Oxiranchem Yangzhou—a subsidiary of Liaoning Oxiranchem and a producer of ethylene oxide, fine chemicals, and related derivatives—to supply on-site industrial gases to its Yangzhou Chemical Industry Park at Jiangsu Province, China. Praxair will construct and operate an air separation plant with a capacity of 500 tons/day of oxygen, planned to start up in 2014.
