OxyChem Cleanup of Delaware Site

Occidental Chemical (OxyChem) says it will implement the final cleanup remedy issued by EPA for contamination of its former Delaware City, DE facility. EPA’s cleanup plan includes the excavation, onsite consolidation, and capping of contaminated soils—with administrative and legal safeguards to minimize exposure to contamination, according to a release from EPA.
