Odfjell to expand tank storage jv with US private equity firm

Odfjell says it has signed a letter of intent to expand its joint venture with Lindsay Goldberg (New York), a private equity firm, to include substantially all of Odfjell's tank terminals business globally. Lindsay Goldberg will acquire a 49% interest in Odfjell Terminals, Odfjell's subsidiary that holds almost all of the company's tank terminal activities.
