OCP to buy stake in Brazilian fertilizer firm

Fertilizantes Heringer (Viana, Brazil) and Office Chérifien des Phosphates (OCP; Casablanca) have signed definitive agreements under which OCP will acquire 9.5–10.5% of Heringer’s shares as well as enter into a long-term supply agreement for phosphate-based products from OCP to Heringer, the companies say.
