Nufarm Confirms Sinochem’s Takeover Approach

Agchem firm Nufarm (Melbourne) says it has been approached by Sinochem (Beijing) in relation to a potential acquisition of Nufarm. The approach is confidential, preliminary and incomplete, and there is no certainty that any agreement will be reached or that an offer or proposal will be put to Nufarm shareholders, Nufarm says.
